- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This hike is all about the enjoyment of the trail and the forest, and not the destination. There is a small natural spring at the turnaround point. The sign says it is 6.4 k but it measures closer to 8 K return. The trail is well-maintained and has interesting interpretive signs along the way. The forest includes Cedars as well as Larch and Lodgepole Pine. The trail also crosses through a small wetlands area. It's a nice hike to get out of the sun and have a look at this interesting geographical area of the Okanagan.By Alexis MacMillan, January 16, 2017
