  All the local staff in Kelowna have been absolutely wonderful and helpful. They are making sure all our office locations have been dealt with properly since the dire need for bottled water arose last week. They were run ragged trying to keep up and on the first day we waited a bit, but since then? Perfect!

  Terrible, called 4 times, sat on hold, finally used call back option, twice last week, once again this morning...NO CALL BACK! Time to change companies. I moved, gave new address and ph # Got recorded notice of delivery, none came! Note, the notice of delivery was left on my new phone #, they did get new info. Terrible terrible service.

  good water, poor customer service, very confused, Please if anyone knows of better customer service for water delivery please tell me! Wasnt getting any bills, asked them to mail them to me, charged me $3 without even telling me there was a fee. Two websites to order from, gets confusing... for them..
