  Good service. Went there about 230pm. Packed. Ordered #28 spicy soup. Was good, nice and hot. Burn rating of 6 / 10, my five year old shared mine. It was minus 3 outside so great way to warm up

  Food and service is normally good here but today we had an unacceptable experience that will have us rethinking coming back. It was a regular lunch hour yet several tables were being neglected. One table waited so long before having their order taken that they got up and left. We ordered a water with no ice and a straw for our 2 year old and it never came. We had already waited 40 min for our food when we were told our order actually never made it to the kitchen and it would be at least another 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes our food came out but it wasn't what we ordered and it had tripe in it which we weren't interested in settling on. We weren't interested in waiting another hour, with our 2 year old, for the food we actually ordered to come out. In the end, the 3 of us split the 1 meal that came out properly and left hubgry. They only discounted our bill by 10%! What a way to treat, what were, regular customers.

  Probably the best pho you can find in Kelowna. Definitely more flavour than bamboo. The server was very friendly though a little inexperienced, and the prices were quite reasonable. Huge selection of dishes, but I just flipped to the pho page. I'd like to try some other dishes next time. Overall, quite a good first visit. Will definitely be coming back for my pho fix after each Costco run. (Update: They changed the noodles and now they're really soggy compared to before.)
