  Terrible experience. A group of us went here for a friends birthday. A pitcher of sangria was ordered, it arrived with dirty glasses. We sent the glasses back only to get one clean one and one cracked one. I ordered the chicken and ribs only to later be informed they were out of ribs. They were also out of beef dips, and burgers. When the food arrived, a steak do to the lack of ribs, it was warm at best, the broccoli was cold, as were the potatoes. I would recommend avoiding this place until they get their kitchen sorted out.

  Last week we had a group luncheon reserved for ten persons. The service of the waitress was excellent. She was friendly and very accommodating. However, the food left much to be desired on two servings. The steak at medium rare was very poorly done; so much fat to trim off and obviously a poor cut as it was certainly not tender. The baked potatoe was dry as if overbaked. Salad was good as was the dessert. The pasta dinner with Chicken; served full dish of pasta with sauce but chicken was not to be found - 2 tiny pieces. Would not be my choice in the future.

  I chose this place for a date night with the lady of my dreams. This chain never dissapoints. The food is always top notch. The service was friendly and the waitresses take the time to check on you and your needs as they pass by, even if it isn't their table. I was pleased to see the atmosphere had not changed much as it was a favorite years ago when I lived in a different city. Although the waitresses are easy on the eyes, it is my opinion that they should not all be made to wear the same skimpy clothing. A bit more coverage and diversity would have been nice to see. I had a burger with lettuce instead of a bun. Not only did it taste fantastic, I must also applaud the ingenuity and creativity of the menu. The drinks were also very satisfying. This is definitely a place I will return to.
