  Best pizza in Kelowna and good price we have tried them all. Quite possibly the best pizza we have ever had for delivery!! Highly recommend!!

  They used to be by far the best place in town but they have really gone downhill since they were taken over by a new owner/manager a couple of years ago. I used to go here a few times per week but now I only go once in a blue moon. When the new owner/manager took over, he jacked up the prices and cut back the store hours. With the exception of a few really awesome staff members, the service became much less friendly as well. Lately, the quality of their pizza has taken a nosedive. I used to alway be blown away by the amount of cheese on their pizza but now they are so stingy with it that there are bald spots on the pizza. They used to be very generous with their toppings but now they are very sparse. For example, they used to put big chunks of feta on their pizza. Now, even if I pay for extra I really have to go out of my way to find any traces of it. Don't get me wrong, their pizza is still good but it is nowhere near the gourmet pizza it used to be. When I go to pick my pizza up, I pay with cash and the staff are often forced to make change with their tip jar because the owner/manager doesn't provide them with a proper float. I just tell them not to worry about it or just put the change back into the tip jar. I expect my tips to go to the hardworking staff! I find it appalling that the tips I give them are being used to make change for customers instead! This has happened on multiple occasions.

  Papito's has quickly become my go-to pizza place in Kelowna! Their walk-in specials are awesome, especially for the quality of pizza you're receiving. Thick, but crispy crust, just the right amount of sauce; I crave this place! The staff is also a blast and very friendly! I take family and friends here whenever I can.

  I USUALLY ORDER FROM PAPITOS ALL THE TIME, I ORDERED TONIGHT AND HAVE A DAMILY TO FEED WELL I WAS ON MY SEXOND PIECE OF POZZA BIT INTO SOMETHING BLACK AND HARD CHIPPED MY TOOTH LOOKS LIKE A PEBBLE, CALLED AND TALKED TO 2 DIFFERENT PPL SAID THEY CANT DO NOTHING BUT COME POCK THE PIZZA AND THE THING THAT BROKE MY TOOTH AND GIVE ME 10.00 BACK TOO I SAID IM KEEPING THE BLACK THING AND WANT TO TALK TO THE OWNER MANAGER OF THIS PLACE I CHIPPED A TOOTH AND YOUR JUST WILLING TO LET THIS GO AND TAKE MY POZZA AWAY GIVE ME 10.00 COST ME ALMOST 30.00 AND NOTHIBG YOU CAN DO SO I ASKED THE GUY I TALKED TO TO PLEASE GET THE OWNER TO CALL ME AND IF I DO NOT HEAR ANYTHING BY THE FOLLOWING DAY I WILL BE GOING TO THE MEDIA AND SOCIAL MEDIA. THEY GUY SAID THAT MAYBE I PIT IT THERE LOKE WHY WOULD I REALLY DO THAT TO HURT MUSELF FOR ONE AND NOW IM STUCK WITH REST OF OIZZA ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NOT EAT AND GOT TO COOK SUPPER NOW TO FEED US. NICE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
