  This place is OK when it's closed.... You swipe your fuel card and take a shower with no problem..... but if is open you have to take your fuel receipt in order to be able to take a shower.... no fuel no shower.... place is acceptable clean in and out.....

  A low bed truck driver had to drop his trailer off to go to the hospital this past Friday. When he came back he realized petro pass put a king pin lock with a note stating they wanted him out and wasn't welcome back lol but yet the put a lock on so he could not move plus it was long weekend and would of had to wait till today to leave . He did manage to get petro pass to come down a dtake it off. So anyone needs to drop a trailer put your own king pin lock on lol

  I m a professional driver and I believe that professional courtesy should've been given but it wasn't. I pulled up and before I even made it to the door I was told that I'm on a list of companies that don't fuel with petro Canada. My wife and I in our personal life used petro Canada all the time and we are petro points card holders that is going to change. Not only has petrol pass lost my business while working but they've also lost my business at the pump in my private life. Truckers don't even waste your time going there there's a Chevron just off the highway and they're a great business and they let you park overnight

  Woke up at 5:20 AM to a woman banging on my truck, I thought it was a lot lizard looking for business but it was a woman demanding to see my fuel receipt. I couldn't produce one because I hadn't fueled yet so she told me I had to leave right away. I have fueled here in the past and at many of the other Petro Pass locations across BC and Alberta, I have also purchased coffee, gloves, oil, DEF fluid newspapers and magazines, ice cream and candy bars and various other items from their convenience stores. These items are also available at Husky and Chevron locations which is where I will be buying all my fuel from now on. I will also be letting the other dozen or so drivers working for my company that run through Canada on a regular basis that they are not welcome at Petro Pass locations. I left the Kelowna location without spending a nickel there and I will never go back, there's a Husky and a Chevron on the same block!
