  The employees seemed incredibly uneducated about their job and gave false directions to me causing me to drive over their cones to try and get to the right place. Then another attendant basically called me a liar when I told her I was only going where I was told. She replied with a snotty remark of "I'm pretty sure she didn't say that." No apology. No redirection. How are we supposed to trust these people with our vehicles when they can't even give proper direction and treat the customer like an idiot when they're the ones who make the mistake?? Was a good clean, but I probably won't be coming back with the rest of my business vehicles due to the incompetent service. AND the loonie I keep in my cup holder in the front console for grocery shopping was missing. Thanks for nothing Skogies

  I go to the Kelowna Auto Spa and the Vernon wash. I love them both. I've been a customer of the Kelowna wash for years and years and was thrilled to see them open in Vernon. Good job!
