  Went for a little breakfast this morning. I have ordered a multigrain muffin with cream cheese + an other English muffin + hot chocolate. I asked everything to eat there. I finally got my bagel like I receive my main plate on a plane. A big "do it yourself" with no plate, no real cutlery in a small doggy bag. Finally, what's the difference by choosing to eat here or to go ? I asked for a plate, the staff went to look and came back saying all is dirty now and he will need to wash one for me. Seing it was such a big mission for him and seing he really wanted to give me this premium service (sarcasm), i finally said "it's ok!". To make a difference with you main competitor Tim Horton, for the half of the price, they put the cream cheese on your bagel and serve it on a plate when you asked for here. Ho, and they do this with a smile also! There's an easy improvement to make here to get your customers want to come again. P.s: I could have waited long time for my other sandwich (English muffin) but I went back to the counter to ask what happened with this one, and the staff finally found it laid on the counter around the toaster in a "to go" bag started to get the ambiance temperature. Your staff like working there ? Maybe it's a cause. I don't know. You should run a survey and do some team building activities to bring back their smile and habit of doing good customer service.   Pretty good, most Starbucks are the same. I really rate them on speed and if the coffee tastes right.

  The order is always correct. The staff are friendly. They make an effort to get to know you.
