  Went through the drive through at 9:25 on January 14th and there was no answer so we double checked the hours... 10pm! Should be okay right? We see 3 staff members inside so we try to walk-in under the impression that something is wrong with the drive through system... The door was locked. I'm not too happy that this store is advertised at being open until 10pm and closing more than a half of an hour early, especially for a franchise operation. I am a consistent customer at Starbucks, but will definitely be giving that a second thought now.

  What can you say about a Starbucks? It's clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful. It lives up to franchise expectations and delivers what is expected. Giving it 4 stars only because I don't feel like any franchise is worth 5..
