  This is just a standard Tim Hortons store the same as any one of the 25 that are here in Kelowna. Line-ups always busy for the drive-thru. I recommend just going in where are usually get served right away.

  Pleasant environment but suffers from excess seniors at times. Good Tims fare. There is a drive through.

  I've never once gone to this Tims location and had 1. Good service 2. Had my order correct. Every time I go here I get bad customer service and have to go in/through the drive through again to get my correct order. MANY times they've just completely forgotten to put half of my order in the bag. Once or twice is okay, but it's happened half a dozen times within the last few months... Go to a different location, not worth the time and hassle.

  I got really old fries that were hard and cold. I also asked for a steak and cheese panini. The steak looks like dog food and there is barely any meat in it. Also the cheese wasn't even melted and it looked as though it was microwaved for 30 seconds instead. All of my things were just thrown together without anyone caring at all. I was upset when I got back to work to eat my lunch. I almost drove all the way back but there is not much I can do about it now I guess. Other then not go back there at all
