  Today was the first time I've had a negative experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a small iced capp and a cherry danish. When I got back I found a small piece of black plastic in in my iced capp and realized I had only received half a danish. I recommend you check your iced capp machine to make sure there are no more broken pieces that can contaminate someone else's drink and be more diligent when obtaining orders. It appeared that the danish naturally broke apart while it was being picked up. I'm disappointed with this experience.

  As far as Tims go this one is understaffed and over busy. Lineups outside. Drive thru is necessary and the staff are not trained for the busy traffic.

  All Tims are good, but this is one of the best. No drive through.
