  Effing terrible been here three times effed it up all three times. Today I ordered three meals waited outside for 10 minutes they didn't bring my food out had to go get it while it sat on the counter getting cold. Almost forgot one of my drinks didn't put any dipping sauce for the chicken tenders. Got home no effing fries for one of the meals!! And why the hell do you never get a recitpe. Seriously shouldn't have to ask for a recitpe. Do your god dam job. All these Triple O's in Kelowna are poorly ran. Treating people like there doing me a favour when they reanburse missing food items. How hard is it to put food In a bag.

  Just got my food to go burger and first bite of fries pulled a giant long black hair out of gross! The staff seems like they just don't care, don't even smile. Wont' eat here again. Used to be okay.

  Busy place. Customer service at both the fuel counter as well Triple O's counter is better then expected. Just off downtown...so several transients are in and out of this location.
