  The food at Zabb is always amazing. We have come here with friends many times and everyone leaves feeling full and enjoying the experience. The place is very small with limited seating, maybe 10-15 tables. They are always busy so be sure to call ahead or come early. My only frustration with Zabb is when you order food to go, they take forever. Unreasonably long. This has happened to us twice and the second time we called earlier to avoid a wait and it was still a wait once we arrived to pick up the food. We just find the overall experience is best in the restaurant, but to go.

  My mom and I just ordered take-out food, and there were no chopstickes inside. We drove back to the restaurant to get them. My mom went in there, waited in line. The server tried to help other customers behind her first instead of helping my mom first. The server didn't apologize for that also for not giving the chopsticks. He insisted that we should've metioned it when ordering. What I think is they should have asked first when I was ordering. How would I know if I needed to mention in the first place. When I ordered last time, they gave me chopsticks, and didn't ask if I needed them. So, be consistent. And let your servers know how to treat customers. Even if that's your rule and customers made another trip to come get chopsticks, you need to apologize first to keep good relationship with customers. I like the food here, come here sometimes, but this kind of service is not appreciated.
