  pre ordered a 165 dollar order TWO FULL DAYS IN ADVANCE! Paid in full as well. waiting patiently with a room full of family, 6pm, 6:10pm called restaurant... firstly they could not even find my order, then "suddenly", it is on its way....??? another 20 minutes.... call again, and once again had to remind them of my FULLY paid order...it is on its way!!..... 6:45pm... still NO food, called again.. once again had to go thru it all, it is on its way!... 3rd time I have been told this. Finally we saw the young man pull up out front... got the food.... some of it was hot and fresh (2 dishes out of 10!!) the rest was OLD, STALE and COLD - they had completely forgotten about our order and lied "it is on its way" then obviously thrown together 'old' food and sent it to us... we are completely disgusted and after about 5 yrs of only ordering from them, we will never order from them again. don't LIE ! tell us we misplaced your order, please accept a 25 dollar refund and the food will be there in one hour!

  Good service and tasty food. Very authentic spicy fish dish just like I had in China. The chicken wings was a guilty pleasure order XD

  Absolutely embarrassing Chinese food. Ordered 4 dishes, had to reorder 3 separate times because they didn't have the stuff to make it. When the food came 1 of 4 dishes came mildy warm runny and uneatable.

  This might be one of the worst dim sum dining experiences I've ever had. I would give this place a -1 if I could. Shortly after arriving, we were led to a hidden back room which had 2 cramped, small tables. It was unreasonably cold so we had to ask them to turn down the air conditioning. Almost every chair surface had some food remnants on them. Then, the waitress dropped off a pile of plates and a bundle of chopsticks and napkins and walked off. The 11 of us had to set our own place settings. We ordered our food and waited 40 minutes for the first of our food to arrive at our table. There were a total of about 25 other customers in the restaurant so it wasn't very busy, considering we were the largest party in the restaurant. If you come to this restaurant, expect to be treated like 2nd class citizens. There are far better restaurants in town. I will never return.

  My son and I have been to this restaurant four times in the last three months! Great service and the food is authentic. The food has always been very quickly prepared. I am 100% of Chinese heritage and love all the dishes I have ever ordered from there. I have always eaten in the restaurant so I have zero experience with take out. I look forward to trying more dishes every time I go to Kelowna. Avoid the buffets in town unless you just want quantity. 100% authentic Chinese food here.
